Our laundry service is made as easy as possible, but we do have some limitations so that we can stay in business:
- We have a minimum order of $35.
- Orders over $400 are subject to an extra day for delivery.
- Orders with fecal incontinence are not accepted.
- Overstuffed bags (ie. bags stretched so much they are really XL) and bags that are not able to be closed are subject to a $20 open bag fee
- Laundry with cockroaches and bed bugs is not accepted. We cannot risk the contamination.
- Super oily rags and mops not accepted, it is a fire risk.
