Frequently Asked Questions

How does it work?

Place an order online or by calling us at 313-375-5355. We will come get your laundry, bring it back, weigh it, and charge your card. We do the laundry according to your preferences, then drop it off the next day. Simple as that.

How much does pickup and delivery cost?

We charge flat rates based on standard garbage bag sizes, starting at $35 for a kitchen trash bag. That's washed, dried, folded, bagged, and delivered. We charge $22 per comforter or 3 for $45. Minimum order of $35. No delivery fees. See our Pricing page for details.

How will I be billed?

We ask for your credit card when you place your order. Your card won't be charged until your laundry is picked up and brought back to the laundromat.

What products do you use?

We use a non-scented enzyme detergent that cleans well and is easy on the skin. Then we use Bounce sheets in the dryer for their fresh scent. The result is laundry that smells fresh and clean, without being overly scented. We also have Tide, Gain, Downy, All Free and Clear, and All Free and Clear sheets. If you want something outside our standard wash, let us know in the notes section when you order. There is no extra charge.

Do I need to be home to use this service?

You do not need to be home. We just need access to where the laundry is.

Will you hang dry items?

Yes, at no extra cost. Let us know in the comments.

Can I set up reoccurring pickups?

Yes, call 313-375-5355 to set them up. However far apart you want them, we can accommodate. We have many customers on a reoccurring pickup schedule, but we reserve the right take customers off reoccurring if they consistently miss their pickups.

What is the turnaround time?

We deliver the next-day. If you need it faster, we can do it same-day by request if you drop it off at 1561 E Lafayette St Detroit MI 48207 by noon. Our service runs Monday through Friday, so Friday pickups are delivered Monday.

Will you text me when you are on the way?

Our system automatically texts you when we are on the way and when we pick it up. When we deliver it the next business day Monday-Friday 9 am - 1 pm, it will send you an automatic text when we are on the way and when it's delivered.
